Fair Housing Center of Greater Madison

The Fair Housing Center of Greater Madison has been a satellite office of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Fair Housing Council since 1998. FHCGM serves Dane County.

While federal and state fair housing laws apply to the entire State of Wisconsin, in Dane County, local fair housing laws have five additional protected classes not covered by federal and state fair housing law. The five protected classes are explained on the Laws and Remedies link on this website.
